    摘 要
    随着现代企业运作管理逐渐规范,人力资源的有效开发和科学管理已
    经成为企业甚至地区发展的一个关键因素。现在企业之间的竞争已经不
    同于过去的利益竞争了,现在的市场主要是企业对人才的竞争。目前我
    国的经济在不断的快速增长,市场竞争也变得剧烈,企业如何通过调整
    企业内部的人力资源管理体系来吸引和留住人才是每个企业都身份关注
    的问题。而绩效考核作为人力资源的重要组成部分,绩效考核体系是否
    完善已经成为决定企业是否成功的一个重要的因素。所以绩效考核体系
    在企业管理中特别是在人力资源管理中占有重要的地位。
    J 公司是山西省大同市的一家中小型民营企业。J 公司目前的绩效考
    核体系中存在许多需要改进和完善的地方一次来适应 J 公司现在和未来的
    发展。J 公司现绩效考核体系严重影响到公司员工的工作积极性和创造性,
    从而制约了企业进一步发展。
    为此本文通过对 J 公司绩效考核体系现状进行全面分析并找出其主要
    存在问题,运用现代人力资源管理发展理论中先进的绩效考核体系设计
    方法,试图建立一个适合 J 公司发展的绩效考核体系,调动员工的工作热
    情,从而推进企业蓬勃发展。

    Abstract
    With the standardization of modern enterprise operation and management,
    the effective development of human resources and scientific
    management have become a key factor in the development of enterprisesand ev
    en regions. Now the competition between enterprises is different from the past
    interest competition. The current market is mainly the competition between
    enterprises and talents. At present, China's economy continues to grow rapidly
    and market competition is also becoming acute, how to adjust
    enterprise internal human resources management system to attract and retain tal
    ent is every enterprise identity issues. And performance appraisal as an
    important part of human resources, at the same time, a sound performance
    evaluation system has become a key successful factors of the enterprises,
    therefore puts forward modern enterprise human resource management on
    enterprise new requirements. All performance appraisal has become the core of
    enterprise management especially human resource management.
    J company is a medium—sized private enterprise in datong, Shanxi
    Province. At present, there are many problems to be improved and improved in
    the existing performance appraisal system of J company. The defects of the
    performance appraisal system
    seriously affect the enthusiasm, creativity and potentialof employees and restric
    t the further development of enterprises.
    Therefore, this article through to the J company, analyzing the present
    situation and problems of performance appraisal system to find out the main
    existing problems, and by using the theory of modern human resources
    management development of advanced performance evaluation system design
    techniques and methods, trying to explore and establish a suitable for J
    company and the performance evaluation system of market economy, thus
    maximum limit arouse the enthusiasm of staff.
