摘 要
一国或一地间经济发展离不开区域间的交通一体化。近几年,随着京津冀协同
发展的推进,三地间大量增加交通基础设施,整个交通体系得到了很大改善,
但还存在着不少“断头路”、“瓶颈路”,严重影响三地间的经济发展。我国
“第三经济增长极”—京津冀的交通一体化发展水平与长江三角洲和珠江三角
洲相比,有很大差距。京津冀三地间协同发展是一个重大国家战略,其核心之
一是构建现代交通网络系统,打造“轨道上的京津冀”。三地间如何形成优势
互补、互利共赢的一体化发展格局,是无论从政界还是学术界都是关注的焦点。
此刻,研究京津冀交通一体化发展困境及对策,对加速实现京津冀三地间交通
一体化发展,很有现实意义和实践意义。
本文以区域协调发展理论和区域一体化理论为依据,采用文献研究法、比较研
究法和定量分析法,全面深入地考察了国内外相关文献的基础上,对京津冀三
地交通一体化发展困境进行了深入剖析,并从整体方向、规划平台、现代综合
体系和资金投资四个角度提出推进交通一体化的对策建议。

Abstract
The economic development of one country or one place cannot be separated
from the integration of
regional transportation. In recent years, along with the advancement of the c
oordinated development of beijing—tianjin—hebei, and between a huge
increase in transport infrastructure, the traffic system have improved a lot,
but there are a lot of "dead end highway", "bottleneck", seriously affect the
economic development between the three. Compared with the Yangtze river
delta and the pearl river delta, the development level of the beijing—tianjin—
hebei transportation integration, the "third economic growth pole" in China, is
far behind. Coordinated development between Beijing, tianjin and hebei is a
major national strategy. One of its core elements is to build a modern
transportation network system and build "beijing—tianjin—hebei on orbit".
How to form an integrated development pattern with complementary
advantages and mutual benefit between the three regions is the focus of
attention from both the political and academic circles. At the moment, it is of
great practical significance and practical significance to study the difficulties
and countermeasures of beijing—tianjin—hebei transportation integration.
In this paper, according to the theory of regional harmonious development
and regional integration theory as the basis, using literature method,
comparative method and quantitative analysis, a comprehensive in—depth is
investigated on the basis of related literature at home and abroad, the
development of integration in jing—jin—ji three traffic, carried on the
thorough analysis, and from the overall direction, planning platform, a
comprehensive modern system and capital investment in the four angles push
