The design of the warehouse removal scheme of
K company
ABSTRACT
Cold storage plays an important role in logistics operation,
and a good transfer scheme can promote the demand for the
transformation of the cold storage in The Times, expand the
scale of the cold storage, increase the services that are not
available in the existing cold storage, and improve the service
requirements. K company now needs to carry out the shift work
due to the continuous increase of the existing business volume,
the insufficient work quality of the old cold storage staff,
the relative old and old cold storage facilities, and the
storage capacity, etc., which can not meet the existing
customers' needs. In this paper, according to the actual
situation of k company, a scientific and reasonable and cost-
saving plan is designed, which mainly includes the inventory of
old and cold storage, the process of warehousing and
warehousing of old and cold storage, the process of warehousing
of new cold storage, personnel arrangement and time
arrangement, etc., to complete the whole shift work of k
company from the mathematical calculation.
