    企业存货管理存在的问题及对策——以燕京
    惠泉股份有限公司为例
    存货是指一个企业为了达到正常的生产经营活动而持有的流动资产,能够
    给一个企业带来一定的经济利益。目前,中国的啤酒业已经成为高度集中的产
    业,随着其不断的发展,本国出现许多啤酒企业,并且都受到了一定的挑战。
    啤酒企业想在激烈的竞争中获取优势,企业的内部控制是必不可少,而内部控
    制是现代企业中的管理手段,其中存货管理为内部控制的一部分。燕京惠泉股
    份有限公司的很多员工对于内部控管制在存货管理中的作用并不十分了解,甚
    至有些高管认为存货内部控制是不必要的,只能浪费公司的人力、物力与财力,
    并不会给公司带来好处,由于对存货内部控制认识不到位,导致企业中实施不
    到位,存货控制的效果并不理想。在如今企业管理中,采用科学有效的管理模
    式,不仅能够对企业的效益有所提高,也能够降低企业的经营成本。本文分析
    了燕京惠泉有限公司库存管理现状,针对其现状,发现其存货管理环境不够完
    善,缺乏健全的存货管理体制,存货风险管理意识薄弱,公司库存管理模式存
    在很多改进空间,并根据现有问题提出了有效的解决方案和建议。主要为优化
    企业存货管理环境,加强健全管理制度的建设,提高存货风险管理的意识等,
    本文主要根据燕京惠泉分析企业的存货管理以及对策,对于中国的企业有一定
    指示作用。

    Inventory refers to an enterprise in order to achieve the normal production and
    operation activities held by the current assets, can bring a certain economic benefits to the
    enterprise. At present, China's beer industry has become a highly concentrated industry,

    subject to certain challenges. Beer enterprises want to gain advantage in the fierce
    competition, the internal control of the enterprise is essential, and the internal control is a
    modern enterprise management means, in which inventory management as part of internal
    control. Many employees of Yanjing springs company for the internal control mechanism
    in inventory management is not very understanding, that is the work of the Department of
    warehouse inventory management, and internal control, enterprise management personnel
    are not well understood for the inventory management of enterprises, and even some
    executives believe the inventory internal control is not only necessary. Waste manpower,
