摘 要
随着家长对幼儿教学的日益重视，高速经济的压力下又没有时间精力亲自教育
孩子，越来越多的家长选择尽可能早地送孩子到幼儿园去学校。然而现在市场
上的幼儿园参差不齐，幼儿园恶性事件被频繁曝光，幼儿安全教育受到社会各
界的普遍关注，也成为家长最为担心的一点。幼儿园资金条件及管理经验的欠
缺，一定程度上也限制了其本身的发展和完善，也给幼儿安全教育埋下了隐患。
幼儿园固有的安全隐患和家长日益增长的安全要求成为当前迫切需要解决的问
题。关注幼儿园安全管理问题不仅能够促进幼儿身心健康发展，性格特点养成，
以及智力和情感的发展，同时更加有利于幼儿在长成后对今后社会以及国家发
展做出有利的贡献，这直接影响到未来人民的利益和国家的发展情况。因此，
本文在调研了张家口市多家幼儿园现状的基础上，分析其存在的潜在问题和安
全管理的漏洞，提出了相对应的可行性的解决方案。促进幼儿园安全管理问题
的缓解与改善，不断强化安全意识，减少安全事故的发生。

Abstract
As parents paying more and more attention to early childhood education,
under the pressure of high speed economy, more and more parents choose to
send their children to kindergarten as soon as possible. However, the market
of kindergarten is mixed, and kindergarten malignant events are frequently
exposed. The children's safety education has attracted attentions from each
parts of our society, which also become the most worried point of parents. It
also restricts its own development and perfection because of the funds and
Management experience, which also buries hidden dangers to the children's
safety education. It is an urgent problems to be solved between the inherent
hidden dangers of kindergarten and the increasing safety requirements of
parents. Paying attention to the safety management of
kindergartens can not only promote the development of children's physical an
d mental health, personality traits, intelligence and emotion, but also
contribute to the future social and national development of young children
when they grow up. This directly makes a great influence in the future
interests of the people and the development of the country. Therefore, on the
basis of investigating the present situation of Kindergarten in Zhangjiakou,
this paper analyzes its potential problems and the loopholes of safety
management, and puts forward feasible solutions. To promote the alleviation
and improvement of kindergarten safety management problems, strengthen
safety awareness and reduce the occurrence of safety accidents.
