Abstract
With the rapid development of mass sports in our country, the incomplete stadium
management system unable to satisfy the demand of diversified sport recreation
market. This article mainly discusses how to improve W City’s performance appraisal
system in order to promote the development of sports industry rapidly and healthily.
Firstly, this article has introduced the current situation and existing problems of W
City’s performance appraisal system;
Then, this article takes public management as the perspective, combining with
balance score card (BSC), organizational reform (OR), stakeholder and other related
theories, through the literature research method, the expert investigation method, the
questionnaire survey method, the customer dimension, the financial dimension, the
learning and growth dimension, internal process dimension, to analysis current
performance appraisal system;
Finally, according to the current problem of W City’s performance appraisal
system, this article put forward suggestions for improvement, and it has been found
that, BSC is with great research value and meaning to the sports performance appraisal
system.
